About Tore Jacobsen

Tore began his real estate career in 2009 as a sales representative before stepping into leadership as a Managing Broker in 2016, overseeing a region of six offices and supporting the growth of numerous agents.  In 2026, Tore joined The Agency because he was inspired by the culture of innovation, collaboration and professional excellence. His leadership is defined not just by strategy and results, but by how he shows up and inspires calm, thoughtfulness and integrity. He is deeply committed to doing the right thing, even when it’s hard. 

He is widely regarded as a reliable and compassionate leader, someone people turn to for perspective, clarity, and guidance. Whether navigating complex decisions or supporting others through growth, Tore leads with a balanced, measured approach that puts people at ease while elevating the standard around him.

Currently serving as Past Chair of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board (FVREB), Tore is a champion for professionalism, innovation, and the advancement of the industry. His contributions have been recognized through numerous leadership roles and awards, reflecting both his commitment to the profession and the high regard in which he is held by his peers.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Tore is a devoted husband to his wife, Tammy, and a proud father of three. He values connection, making time for the people who matter most, and leading by example in both his personal and professional life. Whether on the golf course or enjoying time with his family at Christina Lake, he brings the same presence that defines his leadership: genuine, grounded, and deeply engaged.
